Account Deletion
We respect your privacy. If you decide to leave, we make it simple and secure to permanently delete your personal data.
How to delete your account
Request in App
Open the Yulai app, go to Settings, tap Account, and select Delete Account.
Type DELETE to Confirm
A confirmation sheet asks you to type DELETE. This in-app challenge is the security gate, so no email round-trip is needed.
Grace Period
Your account immediately enters a 30-day grace period. You can cancel deletion at any time by logging back in.
Important Note
The entire deletion process happens inside the app, with no email confirmation or external link is required. Once the 30-day grace period expires, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can I change my mind?
During the Grace Period
After confirming deletion, you have a full 30 days to reconsider. Your account stays active, and you can still log in and use the app normally.
Open Account Management
Go to Settings and tap Account Management. A banner at the top shows exactly how many days remain before permanent deletion.
Tap Cancel Deletion
Hit the Cancel Deletion button. Your account is immediately restored and the scheduled deletion is permanently cancelled.
