We do not track your location in the background. We do not store your browsing history. We do not build advertising profiles. The data we collect has exactly one purpose: recommend restaurants you will love.

What We Collect and Why

When you set up your profile, you complete a short taste quiz. Two minutes of honest answers about what you enjoy eating. That information powers your personal recommendation scores. Nothing more.

If you rate a restaurant after visiting, that feedback refines your profile over time. You can see exactly what data we hold, edit it, or delete it entirely at any point.

What We Never Do

We never sell your data. We never share identifiable information with restaurants. We never use your taste profile for advertising. We never retain data after you ask us to delete it.

These are not aspirational policies. They are hard constraints built into the architecture. The system is designed so that violating them is not just a policy breach but a technical impossibility.

Your account settings show exactly what data Yulai holds about you. You can update your preferences, export your data, or permanently delete everything. No dark patterns. No "are you sure" loops.
